ti.ki (We) values your privacy. We encourage you to read the information below to learn more about our privacy policy before you use ti.ki. Your experience on ti.ki is governed by the terms and conditions below.
This Privacy Statement sets forth our current privacy practices with regard to the information we collect when you or your computer interact with our website. By accessing ti.ki, you acknowledge and fully understand ti.ki's Privacy Statement and freely consent to the information collection and use practices described in this Website Privacy Statement.
Your Information

Use of Web Beacons or GIF files
ti.ki web pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons â sometimes also called single-pixel gifs â that allow ti.ki to count users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded services. ti.ki may include Web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.
Some of these Web beacons may be placed by third party service providers to help determine the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns or email communications. These Web beacons may be used by these service providers to place a persistent cookie on your computer. Communications
ti.ki may send you email, SMS, or telephone messages based on various criteria. As an example we may send you updates about an event that you are organizing. ti.ki may also send you other messages such as promotions, or requests for participation in research surveys.
You may control the rate and types of communication on the Account Settings page of ti.ki site. ti.ki may continue to send you administrative or account related messages about your account even after you have opted.
Message or invitations that you initiate from ti.ki site (for example when you create an activity and invite other attendees) may contain your name and email address. Your contact information may also be shared if you have disclosed it to the recipient through action on our Site.
In order to invite others to attend your activities, you need to enter at least their email address. ti.ki will use this information to send your message and any other exchange that you may have with the given user(s).
Security Processes
ti.ki has taken certain security measure to protect user information that is
personally identifiable. Only authorized personnel have access to user's
personally identifiable information. Notwithstanding the above, ti.ki does not
guarantee that such personally identifiable information will not become
accessible to unauthorized persons.
Participating Merchant Policies
Related services and offerings with links from this website, including vendor sites, have their own privacy statements that can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding links within each respective website. Online merchants and others who participate in ti.ki services are encouraged to participate in industry privacy initiatives and to take a responsible attitude towards consumer privacy. However, since we do not have direct control over the policies or practices of participating merchants and other third parties, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or contents of those sites. We recommend and encourage that you always review the privacy policies of merchants and other third parties before you provide any personal information or complete any transaction with such parties.
Some third party links, or offerings, may be offered as a combined service offering with a third party partner designed to improve the services offered to you. However, if you choose to use any combined service, you acknowledge that ti.ki is allowed to and will send your personally identifiable data to the third party partner, and you agree to the privacy policies of the partner.
Abuse
ti.ki is intended to be a safe and pleasant environment for all of our users. We shall remove speech of any form, text, pictures, video, audio, slides, or other material, which we find, at our sole discretion, offensive, abusive, libelous, slanderous, hateful, spiteful, illegal, obscene, pornographic, inflammatory, or unrelated or damaging to the interests of ti.ki and its user community at large.
Notwithstanding the above, ti.ki does not control the material posted by users and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such materials. By using ti.ki you understand and agree that you may be exposed to materials that may be offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will ti.ki be liable in any way for any materials posted by any user or third party, including, but not limited to, liability for any errors or omissions in any materials or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any materials posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the services.
We encourage you to flag content you find abusive for evaluation by our staff.
Content and Material You Post
You agree that, if you post any materials through ti.ki service, you automatically grant to ti.ki, and its successors and assigns, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-revocable license in and to the materials, to use, distribute, display, modify, publish, adapt, redistribute, sublicense and reproduce such materials to other users of ti.ki services and to third parties with whom ti.ki has a relationship. You also grant ti.ki the right to authorize the downloading and printing in whole or in part of any materials that you post to ti.ki.
You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right (but have no obligation)
to evaluate the materials before allowing them to be posted on or through the
ti.ki service or otherwise stored in connection with ti.ki service. We may do
one or all of the following, at our sole discretion: (i) monitor the

communication through the Services, and the circumstances surrounding the

privacy, safety or property of ti.ki, the users or the public, (f) permit us

(g) enforce ti.ki's terms of use.
Under no circumstances will we, or our employees, officers, directors,
shareholders, agents, representatives or affiliates, be liable for (1) any
loss or damage caused by your reliance on materials in any way, including, but
not limited to, for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in any materials, or
for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any
materials posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via ti.ki service (2) the
opinions expressed in reviews and user ratings reflect solely the opinions of
the individuals who submitted such opinions, and may not reflect our opinions.
In addition, we have no control over, and shall have no liability for, any
damages resulting from, the use (including without limitation republication)
or misuse by any third party of information voluntarily made public through
any part of the Services. IF YOU CHOOSE TO MAKE ANY OF YOUR PERSONALLY
IDENTIFIABLE OR OTHER INFORMATION PUBLICLY AVAILABLE, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN
RISK.
Children and Minors
ti.ki does not unknowingly solicit or collect information from children under
the age of 13. By using ti.ki you represent and warrant that you are 13 years
of age or older. If you are under the age of 13 years old you must immediately
discontinue any use of the service or access to the site. If you believe we
might have collected information about anyone under the age of 13, please
contact us at

If we learn that we have collected information from anyone under the age of
13, we will remove that information.
Legal Disclaimer
It is possible that we may need to disclose personal information when required to do so by law. We will disclose personal information when we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a court order, ongoing judicial proceeding, or other legal process served on our company, to protect ourselves or any other person, to exercise our legal rights, or to defend against legal claims.
